​Hi there! My name is Sydney Wray, LCMHCA. I am a mental health counselor who serves all ages and people groups, helping you to find hope within yourself and in your life. I value creating a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings while knowing that you will be fully heard and supported.

​Hi! I'm Anja Wray, House of Sparrow Counseling's Career and College Consultant. I love helping people of all ages find a career that they are passionate about. I specialize in navigating dual-enrollment programs at community college and figuring out a most cost-effective route through school. I also help support and motivate clients throughout their career and college journey.

Emily Dickinson wrote, “Hope is the thing with feathers,” comparing hope to a bird, noting that even something small, sometimes unseen, holds power that can bring you through hardships. Sparrows carry symbolism across many cultures, described to be a representation of resilience, joy, freedom, hope, and community.
