Equine Therapy
Equine Assisted Therapy is a heart-centered experience in which healing happens through the connection between horses and humans. Horses often provide a sense of peace, confidence, and trust that words alone cannot always provide. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma, horses offer a non-judgemental space to be fully present. They mirror our emotions with honesty and kindness, helping us to slow down and breathe deeply. Equine Assisted Therapy is not just about riding - it's about relating. With Sydney Wray, LCMHCA, sessions are tailored to meet each person where they are and foster growth, resilience, and emotional insight.

This is therapy that touches the soul. It is gentle, grounding, and profoundly human.

Meet the Horses

Meet Kit Kat - our sweet, smart, and wonderfully silly girl who brings a little extra sunshine to every session. Kit Kat has a way of making people feel instantly comfortable. She is incredibly intuitive, often sensing what someone needs before they say a word - whether it's a quiet moment of connection or a nudge of playful encouragement.

Kit Kat reminds us not to take life too seriously and that healing can come with a smile.

This is Lele - a gentle soul with a heart as big as the sky. As a rescue horse, Lele has walked a long and difficult road but her resilience and quiet strength are inspiring. Despite the hardships she has experienced, she greets the world with a softness and grace. Lele has a special way of connecting with people who may be carrying their own stories of pain or healing. She doesn't rush or expect - she simply is - standing beside you with quiet kindness, reminding us that trust takes time, and that even the most wounded hearts can find peace again.

Lele is an example of how love and patience can bring out the brightest light.
